Is there a way to remove all check marks when reconciling?

Yes, you're correct. We can remove the check marks by clicking the check marks themselves or selecting it all to remove them at once.

Follow these steps to remove them altogether. 

1. Go to Bank, and select Reconcile.
2. Beside the Deposit header, you can see a Circle.
3. Click the circle, and after clicking, you will see a pop-up asking if you want to continue to select all transactions. (I've provided a screenshot for your reference)
4. Select Yes, and select All.
