The option to expedite your deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. Funds usually reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies depending on the time of day transactions are entered, the financial institution you choose, and the time it takes your bank to validate and process electronic deposits.

While ACH transfers could take 7–10 business days, the expected wait time for credit card payments to be transmitted to your bank is 5-7 banking days.

1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Payments tab.
