Just started using qucibooks, and my bank merged in Feb, missing January, Online it does appear, how I import? with BB

You can import the bank statement from January via CSV file, Eduardo.

Once you connect your bank account to QuickBooks, it provides 90 days' worth of transactions. Since January is missing, log in to your bank's website and download a CSV file. After that, we can proceed with the following steps to upload them into QuickBooks.
 

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. Within the Banking tab, click the Link account drop-down arrow. Then, select Upload from file.
   
3. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
5. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
