Question

Last week after entering received payments I am no longer able to view the complete deposit or print a deposit slip. How can I find the deposit as I use to?

I'll make sure you can view the complete deposit slip in QuickBooks Online (QBO), jhanzlik.

 

We can use the search bar to view the deposit. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Select the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Enter the date, amount, or transaction number you’re looking for, then select the desired transaction.
  3. If the deposit isn't within the Recent Transactions section, scroll down and select Go to transaction search
  4. Choose Deposits in the top drop-down.
  5. Select the Deposit to open it.

 

Once done, you can now print the deposit slip. 

 

Otherwise, we can run a report to show your deposit slip. Let's ensure that you have the correct date range. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Scroll down to the Sales and Customers section.
  3. Select the Deposit Detail report.
