Hey there, @dunnenj. Thanks so much for reaching out about this. I'm here to ensure you'll be able to import missing transactions into your QuickBooks Online account.
If you've already connected your bank before and it stopped syncing, we can manually update your bank to refresh available transactions. I'll guide you on how:
In QBO, go to the Banking menu at the left pane to get to the Banking page.
Click the Update option at the upper right.
On the other hand, if your bank is disconnected, refer to the steps below to reconnect it:
Go back to the Banking page.
Click Connect Account or Add Account.
Search for your bank and choose Continue once you've located it.
Use the credentials you use to sign in to the bank's website.
Select the accounts you'd like to connect and assign an appropriate account type.
Choose the date range.
Hit Connect.
Now, let's get your missing transactions downloaded into QuickBooks Online (QBO). To get this started, sign in to your bank's website to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
Once you have all the information, follow the steps below to import them into QuickBooks:
Open your QBO account.
Go to the Banking menu.
Click the Link account dropdown and choose Upload from file to open the Import Bank Transactions screen.
Go to the Manually upload your transactions section and tap the select files link.
Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded.
Tap Next and press QuickBooks account drop-down to the account you want to upload the transactions.
Click Next and follow the onscreen steps to complete the import process.
Thanks again for reaching out. Let us know if you have any other questions about bank transactions. We're happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one!
