Let's get your bank transactions to show so you can get back to business, @floydp45.
First, may I know the bank institution connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account? Any additional information can help us verify the problem.
Also, when you connect an account for online banking, QuickBooks will download the 90 days or less of your entries. This process is automatic and cannot be opted out.
In the meantime, let's manually update your bank account to download the missing transactions. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the bank account and click Update.
If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
No. I just selected transactions starting Jan 1, 2023. The odd thing is that it imported most of the transactions but left many out. And it didnt start on any given date. It imported transactions on various dates and not on other dates. No defined start or stop date.
I was online with QBO help and they looked and said since I just connected the account today that I had to wait 24hrs for all the transactions to migrate over. She said to update in 24hrs. I will update tomorrow and see if that does it. I'm thinking that is not the case because I had multiple transactions from the same vendor and it only imported some of the transactions.
