My Etsy shop transactions all of a sudden stopped pulling over to my Self-Employed QuickBooks.

Hi there, soap. When transactions from Etsy suddenly stop appearing in QuickBooks Self-Employed, it’s usually because the connection between Etsy and your account needs to be refreshed. 

To start, go to Settings, select Connected accounts, and locate your Etsy connection. From there, click Refresh All so that QuickBooks Self-Employed will pull in the latest transactions. If transactions still don’t appear after refreshing, 

I recommend contacting QuickBooks Live Support during their available hours so they can securely review the connection and check for any issues with the Etsy integration. 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
