My income from square has stopped showing up in my transactions for the last 2 months. What has happened?

Let's get your Square transactions appear in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, so you can get back to working order.

 

One of the possible reasons why your bank transactions stopped downloading is because of system maintenance. To verify if the issue is from your bank's end, I suggest logging in to their website. This way, you can check if there are alerts or ongoing maintenance that are hindering connection with QBSE.

 

You also update your bank account manually from the Banking page to refresh the connection between your bank and QBSE. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Bank Account.
  2. Select Refresh All.
