my on line account has been taken over by a hacker

My account has been taken over by a hacker it has been days and I have not gotten help by Quickbooks.   I need control of my account restored who do I call?

I understand this is an urgent situation, David. For immediate assistance, you'll have to contact our Live Support team. You can access our support team without logging into your account by using the QuickBooks test drive environment.

 

Here's how to get started:

 

  1. Access the test drive environment here: Test drive QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon, then select the Assistant tab.
  3. From there, type my account has been hacked or Contact Support to be routed to the security team.
  4. Choose Callback to speak with an agent, as account security issues require phone support for faster resolution.
