My QB interface doesn't allow me to import QBO file when it did before! I've spent an hour looking for it and read all help! Terrible interface!

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for clarifications about the file you're trying to import? Are you trying to import a QBO file of your bank or credit card transactions?

Saying your account doesn't allow you to import the file, can you tell me your plan subscription and/or if there is an error message prompt?
