QuickBooks Online Redirects to Chase Personal Instead of Business

When I try to connect my Chase Business account to QuickBooks Online, it always redirects me to the Chase Personal login page. The problem is that my Chase Business credentials don’t work on the personal login page — they only work on the Chase Business login. Chase has two separate login pages, one for personal and one for business. QuickBooks keeps forcing me to the personal one, and I can’t get it to recognize the business login.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Clearing cookies and cache, using incognito mode

Removing Intuit from Chase’s third-party app access

Disconnecting and reconnecting the account None of these have fixed it.

Is there a way to make QuickBooks use the Chase Business login instead of the personal one? Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

Good morning, @frannasser.

How are you doing today? I hope all is well.

I appreciate all the steps you've taken so far to resolve this issue. Since non of those steps are working, I recommend contacting Chase Bank support.

Chase has migrated to a unified login system: whether you’re personal or business, you go through the same login page. This means that QuickBooks can have issues finding the business/personal accounts. If your Chase credentials are tied to both personal and business accounts, Chase usually asks which accounts you want to share with QuickBooks. But if your login is only recognized as “personal,” QuickBooks can’t override it.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Have a good one!
