I have been disconnected again, i did not change my password, neither qbo or nboi had an update.  It worked on 7/6 doesn’t work on 7/8

I have been in touch with the bank, shared the screen, exhausted every avenue.  I need help from Intuit and this Q&A process is time consuming and unhelpful.

 

Also, when your system is down, please do all your paying users a favor and post that the system is down.

If there are no error codes, QuickBooks Online feeds disconnect due to security token expirations, even if you haven't changed your password. A quick reauthentication is required to restore the connection.

Thank you for the update. This error occurs when QuickBooks Online cannot download data from your bank. To fix this, update your connection directly from the error message banner in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to All apps, then click Accounting and select Bank transaction.
  2. Click the Fix Now link from the error message banner.
  3. Enter your bank sign-in credentials when prompted and follow the on-screen steps to reconnect.
