I've gone through my bank statements. The bank shows it leaving April 29, 2026. The recipient account shows it arriving April 29th. There was no transfer of that sum in August'26 ????????

QuickBooks Online (QBO) relies entirely on the data provided by your bank feed. Since we have verified that the dates are correct, we can edit the dates in your bank transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Accounting, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Gear icon below " Go to bank register."
  3. Scroll down until you find the checkbox labeled "Make date field editable," and then check it.
  4. Change to the correct date.

If you want a clean record, we can exclude the incorrect transactions.

Here's how you can exclude them:

  1. Go to the Bank transactions page and choose the For review tab.
  2. Check the checkboxes for that reversed transaction.
  3. Click Exclude.

Then, manually import with the correct date.
