    Hi there, Edward.

It seems that you're transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. I understand you're currently ensuring the accuracy of the transferred data, and I appreciate the time you've spent on this.

Those 52 pending transactions from the For review tab comes from your connected bank account. QuickBooks Online automatically syncs your recent activity, and these transactions are marked as pending because QuickBooks is waiting for you to categorize or match them. This process ensures that only relevant transactions are added to your books. While these transactions cannot be deleted outright, but they can be excluded.

    Here's how:

    1. From the All apps tile, click Bank Transactions.
    2. Go to the For review tab, hit the box next to Date to select all the transaction.
    3. Then, click the Exclude box. These transactions will move to the Excluded tab and won’t affect your books or reports.

Since you're still transitioning, you may check this article for guidance on what will and won't be transferred over: Learn how features and data transfer from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to leave us a response if you have other questions or concerns.
