I'm here to help connecting your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) as simple and easy as possible, Gabriel.
Beforehand, did you encounter a specific error when linking this to your QBO account? Otherwise, let's check in to the bank's website to make sure we're linking the right account. Once you've signed in, you may copy the bank's URL and use it to search for and link the appropriate account in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
From the left menu, click Transactions and choose Banking.
On the Banking page, select the Link account.
In the Search field, enter the bank's URL.
Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
Enter your bank login on your bank's website, then select Continue.
QuickBooks will immediately download your most recent transactions once you're connected. I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions.
Additionally, you can compare them to the already-existing application entries. Simply select the Banking menu and then the For Review tab. By doing this, you can make sure that your financial records are accurate.
