@juhelking-gmail- Assuming you are referring to receiving payments from customers, rest assured that QuickBooks is almost certainly receiving the payments from said customers.
There just happens to be a significant difference between QuickBooks receiving money from your customers, and QuickBooks sending that money on to you in a timely fashion.
Also, you generally can't call QuickBooks. They prefer for you to use the 'Contact Us' function, whether in QBDT or QBO, which basically consists of an online chat until such time as they decide you're worth calling.
In short, their policy amounts to 'Don't call them, they'll call you. Probably.'
There are a couple of details to check to ensure customer payments are deposited in a timely manner, juhelking.
Let's begin by confirming that the deposit account you've provided for receiving payments is correct. I'll guide you through the steps to verify this information in your QuickBooks Online account:
Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and click Account and settings.
Proceed to the Payments tab and look for the Deposit accounts.
For your initial transactions, please note that online customer payments typically take up to 5 business days to be deposited into your account. This slightly longer processing time is due to initial account verification procedures.
Once your account is fully established and verified, you'll experience much faster deposit times for subsequent payments.
Also, the most secure way of reaching out to our support team is by setting up a callback request. You can also follow these steps on how to do it in QBO:
Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
Proceed to the Assistant tab.
Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
Select QuickBooks Online Support, then click Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
Click Ask about something else, then enter a short description of your concern.
Remember, our support doesn't end here. If you have additional questions about using the payments feature and QBO in general, please don't hesitate to reach out. You can either reply directly to this message or create a new post in the Community.
