QuickBooks downloads the credit card transactions based on the data provided by Discover. Since they discontinued the service to QuickBooks and Quicken, you'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. Just to enter a keyword in the search bar or browse through the categories to filter the results.

Also, you can download a file (.QBO) with your company's transactions from your credit card. Then you import that file to QuickBooks to add those transactions to your accounts. If Discover offers Web Connect, just follow the steps below: 

1. From Banking, select Bank Feeds.
2. Choose Import Web Connect Files.
3. Select the .QBO file you saved, then select Open.
4. When asked to select your bank account:

• Use a QuickBooks account that exists if the account you're importing transactions into is already set up in QuickBooks.
• Create a new QuickBooks account if the account you're importing transactions into isn't in QuickBooks yet. Learn how to create an account.

1. Press Continue. You'll see a dialog box telling you that the data has been successfully read into QuickBooks. Select OK.
2. Go to the Bank Feeds Center to review your transactions.
