While confirming bank transactions the list will duplicate other transactions. Sometimes 10 times. I have to reload QB to return the list to normal. Whats the fix?

I want to ensure you're able to fix the duplicate transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO), @camgrinder. 

Each banks are connected to the program differently, sometimes crossing wires. That said, QBO may download duplicates occasionally. To further investigate this, may I know the name of the bank where the transactions are coming from? This is helpful so I can check if there are any connection issues between your financial institution and QBO.

In the meantime, we have to make sure that your bank is only connected once. If connected twice, you can disconnect the other one to prevent duplicates. 

Then, exclude those duplicate transactions to prevent them from showing in the bank feeds. 

Once everything is fine, your next step is to categorize and match the entries in your QBO account.
