I've got the information you need about your downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
The transactions downloaded in QuickBooks are based on the information provided by your bank or financial institution. For most banks, QuickBooks downloads the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Some may take a little longer. If downloads seem stuck, or you want the latest available transactions, let's manually download the latest ones available. Let me show you how:
Go to Transactions from the left menu.
Select Bank transactions and then choose your bank.
Click Update.
To ensure you have the latest transactions, you can manually download them from your bank's website and then import them into QuickBooks using a CSV file. This way, you can have a complete record of your transactions.
Also, when QBO downloads your bank transactions, we can't control what is downloaded. There are times when the system can download duplicate or personal transactions associated with the account. Duplication can be caused by the downloaded ones coming from your bank, as they're automatically recorded into QuickBooks Online.
We can exclude transactions that are duplicates or unnecessary to avoid them from being added to your QuickBooks register. They might cause the balances to be incorrect. Here’s how:
Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu, then select the Banking tab.
Select the For Review tab.
Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
