Why are my bank feed deposits cancelling each other out?

I want to ensure we're on the same page in resolving your concern about the deposits canceling each other out in QuickBooks Online (QBO), hersh1.

I'd like to know more about this matter. That said, could you tell me how did the transactions get into your company file? Does it sync directly from your bank feeds? Or are they manually uploaded to your account?
