Allow me to join you here and share details to help with your questions about payments on hold, joenava7135.

Most of the times, a deposit will be on hold if something on it has raised a red flag. It also means that our Risk Management Team is conducting an investigation on your behalf.

It's usually caused by these are two primary reasons:

  • Security concerns with one or more transactions in the deposit
  • The deposit exceeds a predefined account threshold (approved monthly amount or average individual charge)

Let me share this article that discusses this a little more: Why Are My Funds On Hold?.

Since the payment is still on hold for a longer period of time, I would recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments team. They can take a look at the payment and check why it's not yet deposited in your account.

Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then type in "payment on hold" and press Enter once again.
  4. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.
  5. Look for the Chat option and click on it.

Let me know if you're able to talk to them and sort this out. We'd want to make sure that everything is taken care of.
