The Correct file format, file size, and number of rows so that you can successfully upload your 2024 bank transaction, @dkniseley.

Before we proceed, could you confirm if you encountered any error messages during the upload process? If so, please share the exact error message, it will give us more context and help us resolve your concern.

To ensure a smooth upload, I suggest using a CSV file. It is crucial to follow QuickBooks' specific formatting guidelines. When preparing the file, here are the requirements:

  1. Fields: Include all required columns- Date, Description, and Amount in the correct sequence.
  2. Date Format: Use MM/DD/YYYY format for transaction dates.
  3. File Size: Not more than 350KB
  4. Number of Rows: Less than 1,000 rows.

Here's an article you can check out that offers a detailed guide on how to import bank transactions into QBSE: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks.

I included a helpful resource that can assist you in managing your transactions effectively in the future: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
