Why did they take away a deposit by taking a picture of the check

Ensure you grant camera permission for the QuickBooks app. Steps may vary depending on your Android device. For iOS, please refer to the steps below.

1. Go to Settings, then Privacy.
2. Tap Camera, then select the QuickBooks app.
3. Turn on access.

If the issue persists after following these suggestions, refresh the app to clear outdated files and improve overall performance. You can follow the steps below, depending on your device.

On iOS:

1. Access your Settings, then tap General.
2. Tap iPhone Storage. Select the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Choose Offload App.

On Android:

1. Go to the Home menu or the three dots in the upper right corner.
2. Tap on Settings, then select Refresh Data.
3. Tap Yes.
