Error 350 means the secure connection between QuickBooks and your bank expired or stopped working. This is usually routine, most banks require reconnecting every 90 days or so for security reasons. Here's how to fix it and keep it from happening as often.

Reconnect your Chase account

  1. Go to All apps, then Banking, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select your Chase account.
  3. Look for the error message and select Fix now.
  4. Confirm your Chase user ID and password, re-entering them if needed.
  5. Select Save and connect.

You'll see a "Connection complete and transactions updated!" message once it's reconnected successfully. If the issue continues, try signing in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser window.

If more than one person manages this connection

Error 350 can also happen when multiple QuickBooks users share the same Chase login across separate companies. Chase only supports one active connection at a time, so each reconnection restores one company but disconnects the others, creating a repeating cycle.

The fix is to have one person handle all the banking tasks for this connection, including adding accounts, updating connection settings, and reconnecting when needed. Everyone else can still refresh the feed, categorize transactions, and reconcile as usual without affecting the connection itself.

If you're still seeing the error after trying this, our support team can take a closer look at your specific account setup.

Let us know how it goes, or if you have any other bank feed questions we can assist with.

I understand the importance of connecting with your bank without any issues, ads.

I can assist you with resolving the issue you are facing with Chase Bank disconnecting. Whenever your bank connection is updated or expires, you may receive error code 350. We can fix this issue by reconnecting the account to QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Select the blue bank square for the account you need to reconnect.
  4. Click the Sign-in link.
  5. Enter your user ID and password when you sign in to your bank's website.
  6. Choose the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from, then select Continue.
  7. If you're, click Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.

If this issue continues, sign in to your QuickBooks account using an incognito or private browser or try other browser troubleshooting options.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.
