Error 350 means the secure connection between QuickBooks and your bank expired or stopped working. This is usually routine, most banks require reconnecting every 90 days or so for security reasons. Here's how to fix it and keep it from happening as often.
Reconnect your Chase account
- Go to All apps, then Banking, then Bank transactions.
- Select your Chase account.
- Look for the error message and select Fix now.
- Confirm your Chase user ID and password, re-entering them if needed.
- Select Save and connect.
You'll see a "Connection complete and transactions updated!" message once it's reconnected successfully. If the issue continues, try signing in to QuickBooks using an incognito or private browser window.
If more than one person manages this connection
Error 350 can also happen when multiple QuickBooks users share the same Chase login across separate companies. Chase only supports one active connection at a time, so each reconnection restores one company but disconnects the others, creating a repeating cycle.
The fix is to have one person handle all the banking tasks for this connection, including adding accounts, updating connection settings, and reconnecting when needed. Everyone else can still refresh the feed, categorize transactions, and reconcile as usual without affecting the connection itself.
If you're still seeing the error after trying this, our support team can take a closer look at your specific account setup.
