Normally, funds reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. However, the timeline varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose to deposit transactions, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
The wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank is 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.

You can check the status of your deposit speed by following these steps:
Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
Choose the Payments tab.
Review the Deposit Speed section.

We are having a similar situation. Been on hold for hours on multiple calls, literally 2.5 hours at a time to be disconnected over and over again with no resolution. It's been 3 weeks trying to set up this account, it was working then it didn't and a lot of high dollar payments have been made but not deposited into our account.
This needs fixed, asap! Spending hours on hold with no resolution is unacceptable.
