Why is my bank register not showing most recent transactions on top?

The reason why you're unable to view the latest entries in your bank register is that you've sorted them from ascending to descending order. If this is the case, those updated transactions won't show. To fix this, click the DATE header on your register page until the arrow will face downwards. This way, your entries will be arranged in descending order or from the latest to the oldest. I'll walk you through the process of how to do it.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Chart of accounts.
3. Choose the register you want to view.
4. In the Bank Register page, go to the date column and click the dropdown.

After completing this step, the latest transaction will be displayed at the top.
