Why is the money from my bank not yet reflected on the QuickBooks platform?

There are several reasons why the transactions are not showing up. It could be due to connectivity issues, or the bank's server might be down for maintenance, Juan.
 

For most banks, QuickBooks downloads transactions every night around 10 PM PT, but this may vary.

Since your transaction isn't showing up, I recommend performing a manual update. Here's how:

1. Go to the Transactions menu, then Bank Transactions.
2. Select Update.
3. Check in the For Review, Categorized, and Excluded tabs.

If the issue persists, consider logging in to your bank's website to check for any alerts or notifications that could provide further information about your situation. 

Meanwhile, to access your past transactions, request a CSV file from your bank and manually upload it into QuickBooks. Here are the steps to get you started:

1. From the Bank Transaction page, tick the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
2. Click the Link account dropdown. Upload from a file.
3. Select files. Pick the file you downloaded from your bank. Continue.
4. Select the account you want to upload the transactions in the QuickBooks account dropdown. Press Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns in the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then Continue.
6. Select the transactions you wish to import, then click Continue.
7. Hit Yes. When you accept it, click Done.

Be aware that imported transactions may duplicated if QuickBooks automatically downloads them later. In that case, exclude those bank transactions.
