It's possible that your bank account is set up for instant deposits, causing the payments to go into that account. However, we can change the debit card and checking account the money goes to.
Please see the steps below:
Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
Click the Payments tab and go to the Deposit accounts section.
Select Change to modify your instant deposit info. If you switch from your bank account to QuickBooks Checking debit card, select the %0 fee option.
Once done, select Save and Done.
Moreover, QBO downloads the latest transactions automatically and tries to match them to the ones you've entered. To review and put them in the correct accounts, let's categorize downloaded bank transactions.
