I appreciate your patience while waiting for a fix for the Westpac bank feeds concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Brackenridge.
Please know that Westpac has nowbeen placed on the list of banks that no longer provide access to Standard Feeds. However, eligible accounts will have the option to upgrade to Direct Feeds in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Every affected customer will be notified via email about this recent update. Please ensure to check your email inbox to confirm receipt of the message. If you haven't received an email yet, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online phone support for assistance.
Here's how:
Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to Helpand choose the Search tab.
In the search field, enter the contact support.
Click the Contact Us button.
Choose the Have us call you in the Callback section.
