Thanks for posting in the Community! May I know what bank you are with and do you have any error message in QuickBooks Banking page?
Let me share with you some troubleshooting to get your latest bank transactions by doing a manual update.
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
Select Refresh.
Please note that doing a manual refresh updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
If your bank account is connected via standard feed, you can edit your bank sign-in info. Here's how:
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
Select the tile for the bank account. Then select the Edit ✎ icon.
Select Edit sign-in info.
Update your info as needed.
In any case your transactions are still not downloaded, I would recommend to contact our Customer Support team to further investigate on this for you.
