Bank Feeds are not updating, showing security steps error (185). Client had already completed the secure connection on his end but still showing the error. Help!

Error 185 happens due to additional security requirements from your bank,  @precisionledger6714.
 

Even if your client has already completed the necessary steps, this error may persist if multiple security prompts are associated with their account.
 

If you don’t see any security prompts appearing, we recommend trying a different browser or temporarily disabling your browser’s pop-up blocker, as these could interrupt the process.
