I recognize how important it is for you to have your bank feeds working seamlessly. Let's go over some troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern.
When your browser is clogged with frequently accessed page resources, it can cause unusual responses in QuickBooks Online (QBO), such as errors or blank pages. Log in to your account using incognito mode or private browsing because these browser sessions do not save browsing history and run much faster
Here are the shortcut keys to bring up a private browser:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Control + Option + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Once signed in to QBO, enter your BSB number again. If this works, switch back to your default browser to clear the cache. This step will optimize the overall performance of the online program. Also, you can utilize supported browser to check if the one you're using is the issue.
If you no longer encounter any errors, perform a manual update to refresh the online banking connection.
Here's how:
In your company,, head to the Transactions menu on the left panel and choose Bank transactions.
On the Transactions page, click the Blue tile icon and choose your Financial Institution from the drop-down.
Press the Refresh button.
When QuickBooks downloads new banking data, the number of entries in each account tile increases. If you’re still unable to get any transactions, I recommend following the solution in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. Please know the article is from the US version, but it still applies to your region.
Once you have the information in QBO, it's always a good idea to categorise them to the correct account. Doing so will keep your records organised and lets you reconcile the account easily.
