Navigate to the Transactions menu, then click on the Link account tab.
Enter the bank's name or its website URL.
If you’re unable to locate your financial institution, ensure you’ve entered the bank's URL exactly as it appears on its website. If the issue persists, I recommend seeking assistance from your bank. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. On the Bank transaction page, click Link account.
2. Search for your financial institution's name. If QuickBooks cannot locate your bank, click Still can't find your provider? tab.
3. Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.
While waiting for your bank to be added to the list of supported institutions, you can manually import your Qantas credit card transactions into your bank feeds using a CSV file. Refer to this article for detailed guidance on creating one that meets the required QBO file format: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.
Once your transactions are ready, you can start categorizing them and reconciling your account regularly to ensure accuracy with your monthly statements.
This thread is open if you have further questions connecting your Qantas credit card to your QBO account. The Community team is here to assist you once we get your reply.
