Upon canceling, we're unable to automatically delete your account to allow users to retrieve and download their data within one year from the date of cancellation.
If you bought directly from Intuit, please follow the steps below to unsubscribe or cancel your QBO subscription.
On your QBO account, go to the Gear icon and select Account & Settings.
