To start, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to help you find the transaction. Refer to the following steps below.
In QBO mobile app:
For Android
Navigate to the Settings icon.
Next, select Refresh Data.
Then,choose Yes.
For iOS
Tap the menu icon at the top right part of the screen.
Then, choose Help & Feedback.
Next, click RefreshData and select Refresh.
Once done, check if you can now see the deposit. If the same thing happens, let's review your Undeposited Funds Account. Maybe that's where the payment was placed. Here's how:
In your QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Chart of accounts.
From there, look for the Undeposited Funds Account.
Select the Account History link.
When opened, check if you can see the missing deposit there.
