Cant connect my Macquarie Bank account to feeds

Hi - just switched from Ubank to Macquarie - and it is not able to complete form as something "unexpected" happened. I have entered all the correct details on the form. Anyone else have this issue?

Syncing your bank account to the program certainly offers convenience and track and monitor your bank transactions effectively, doggiehome. I've got some information about why you're unable to complete the form when connecting your Macquarie Bank to QuickBooks.

 

You'll need to verify if your account is eligible for Direct Feeds. For Macquarie Bank customers, an account number starting with 00 isn't eligible for Direct Feeds with QuickBooks Online (QBO), even with a 9-digit account number. The supported types for Direct Feeds and QBO are Cash Management accounts starting with 1 or 9 and Business/Trust accounts beginning with 2 or 3.  

 

However, if you have confirmed you meet the requirements, please note that we have an ongoing investigation - INV-99299 regarding the inability to link the account on the direct feed with an associated error, Something unexpected happened before we could complete your form. In this case, I recommend contacting our support team . This way, you'll be listed as one of the affected users. You will be informed accurately about the progress of this investigation.

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
  3. You'll be asked about your concern, and you'll need to enter and send it.
  4. If you can't see any related topics to your issue on what they shared, select No, get me a human.
  5. Then, click Contact Us.
  6. Choose either Callback or Chat.
