Does anyone encountered that bank feeds are not updating and prompted with Error 9999?

We haven't received any reports about this error, Liezel.
 

We'll perform some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the error 9999. Before we proceed, can you share which financial institution you use so we can check if there are any issues related to your bank?
 

In the meantime, sign in to the bank website and see if there is ongoing maintenance. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. These should tell you if something isn't working.
 

If there are no issues on their side, use a different supported browser to access your bank feeds and click the Update button.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to Transactions.
2. Select Bank transactions.
3. Click the Update button located in the upper corner.  
   
   
    

If the issue continues, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team by going to the Help (?) menu. They will further investigate what's causing this error through a screen-sharing session with you.
 

Alternatively, you can upload your bank transactions to QuickBooks manually.
 

After you've successfully upload your bank transactions, I recommend categorising them to get a clear financial picture.
