Thanks for posting in the Community! All bank accounts connected and the list of bank account supported for connection can be access by going to Bookkeeping and select the Transactions tab. May I know the name of the bank you're trying to access or connect?
If the bank you're trying to connect is not on the list, you can submit request support for your bank.
Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
Select Connect account.
Search for the name of your financial institution. Then scroll down and click on Still can't find your bank? hyperlink.
Enter your Bank name and Bank web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
