How do I delete a service that's no longer require

Currently, we're unable to completely delete a service in QuickBooks Online. Although, you can inactivate an item that you no longer need. Inactive items will no longer appear on the products and services list but they'll still show on your financial reports if they're used in a transaction.

Here' how to do it:

1. Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Product and Services tab.
3. Choose the service you want to inactivate.
4. In the Action column, select Make inactive from the drop-down arrow.
5. Select Yes to confirm the changes.
