I would love to help you re-activate your account.
Usually a file that has had the billing information taken off, goes into an inactive state.
This means that the file is still accessible but you will not be able to perform any actual work on the file itself for 365 days.
The way we usually re-activate the file is by the Master Admin logging in and putting in correct billing details which will then unlock and re-activate all of the features of the file.
It is important that the Master Admin logs in and actually puts in those billing details otherwise any other user will not be able to see the option to do this.
