How do you add bank feeds if a client does not have internet banking

Let me get the help you need with your bank transactions.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have a WebConnect feature that allows you to upload your bank transactions, especially if you don't connect to online banking.

Let me walk you through the process:

1. Pick a start date to know the date of the oldest existing transaction currently in the account so you can avoid entering duplicates.
2. Get transactions from your bank.
3. Review the file format size and keep in mind that the maximum file size is 350 KB.

If the file is ready, continue to Step 4 of this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you're now ready to categorise your transactions. Then, reconcile the bank account.
