I couln't import bank statement in Wise bank account for this client. Was it something to dowith subscription?

Your subscription doesn’t affect your ability to import bank transactions. QuickBooks Online supports file types such as QBO, QFX, OFX, and CSV. Make sure your bank account is correctly mapped and that you are using a compatible file format.
