I need to link my bank account but it’s not listed

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I've checked the lists of supported banks and verified in the system that the Coastline Credit Union bank is not supported in QuickBooks Online.  

What we can do is send a request to your bank. Let me guide you with these steps:

1. Click Banking, and select Banking.
2. Press Link account.
3. Enter Coastline Credit Union.
4. Click Show more until you see Still can't find your bank?
5. Enter your bank's URL.
6. Tap Request. 

Alternatively, you can manually import your Coastline Credit Union financial data into QuickBooks so you're still on top of running your business. You can use this article as a guideline with the steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
