There are a few of things we can check if your bank feeds aren’t updating as expected. One common reason is that QuickBooks Online won’t perform automatic updates during your bank’s scheduled maintenance. However, you can still manually update your transactions. Here's how:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Go to the Bank Transactions page.
Click the Update button.
Another possibility is that your bank connection with QuickBooks has expired. To renew it, follow the steps below:
On the Bank transactions page, select the dropdown arrow next to Link account.
Click Manage connections.
Locate the bank that requires renewal, then select the More icon.
Choose Manage consent.
Click Renew and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re experiencing a different issue, such as an error message, it would be really helpful if you could share more details about it. That way, we can provide guidance that’s tailored to your specific situation.

The client's CBA account has been locked again due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. I think this QuickBooks vs CBA campaign is going to hurt the business; we need to develop a plan to ditch QuickBooks ASAP.
RESOLVED. Was annoying me for months. Follow the link below. Essentially you have to close the affected bank account feed and remove the account details and then you can enter a new account. When you search for CBA bank, the image is not displayed. Just type in CBA to find it. Then once connected it does a one-off receive and send of all your transactions via the Open Bank process. Once done the updated account and all transactions will now be displayed. Have your ABN handy! Your are welcome!!
