Yes, the ING bank is still supported in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ilovenoise.

 

Were you trying to connect your ING bank feeds and seeing an error message? If that is the case, we suggest contacting our Customer Phone Support team for assistance regarding the error.

 

On the other hand, was your bank already connected to QuickBooks? You can also consider manually importing your transactions into QuickBooks Online to download your recent transactions.

What about Self Employed?

I keep getting told its being worked on but have lost 18 odd months of transactions & cant connect to the bank.
Tax time coming & nothing to show for it....

QuickBooks Self-Employed still supports the ING platform, @joneysGT.

 

Since you're missing your transactions and unable to connect to your bank, I suggest reaching out to our Live Support Team to further check this. 

 

  1. Access the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search tab.  
  3. Click on the Contact Us button.
  4. Choose your preferred method to reach our support team.  
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions according to your selection.

 

Once you're able to connect your bank, you may find this article helpful: find, categorise, and edit transactions in QuickBooks.

It’s not working. I’ve been unable to connect back to my ING account for over a month. I spoke to support, they keep sending emails saying they’ll have an update but there’s no progress. I spoke with ING, they said QuickBooks doesn’t actually have access to ING. They said MYOB does. Going to switch if nothing is fixed before tax time.
