My banking updating has stopped for 6 days now. Anyone know what is happening

We are the  same, last Saturday QBO deleted our bank feed.... maybe your the same... under Banking hover your mouse over the house symbol and its may show in brackets deleted. We are on the 7th day today, super frustrating and is now slowing up our business. We want to avoid manual bank entry as when this does get fixed it will be  messy with duplicated entries. They need this fixed ASAP.
