My last bank feed from ANZ was 4 days ago. Is there a way to refresh the bank feed? Or it is something we need to seek help from the tech?

You can manually update your online banking, oxleycafebrisban.

This helps to bring in those bank transactions to QuickBooks Online. You can follow these steps:

1. From the Banking tab, select the tile for ANZ account.
2. Click on the Update button.
3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials, then select Continue update.

Let's also make sure that the ANZ bank doesn't have ongoing maintenance. It prevents the transactions from downloading into QuickBooks Online.
