Need to let you know that due to a hacker on our bank account it will be 7 days at least before we can pay our account ?

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this and hope the matter is resolved soon. Please know that a payment being missed or lapsing on your file will not affect your data. Your QuickBooks Online subscription will automatically be preserved for 12 months after a missed payment, and as soon as you are able to update the billing details you will be able to regain access with no issue.
