QuickBooks' bank account is no longer connected to PayPal's bank account.

You can reconnect your Paypal's bank account to QuickBooks again. Just make sure to enter your Paypal account's username and password. Let me guide you how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks.
2. From the left menu, select Apps.
3. Search for Connect to PayPal and select Get app now.
4. Mark the box for the appropriate file, then click Install.
5. Select Let's do it.
6. To authorize Intuit to pull data from your PayPal account, click Give permission.
7. Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account then, select Next.
   • If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one.
   • If you create a new account, you need to go back to QuickBooks Online and restart the connection process.
8. Sign in to your PayPal account. To authorize the sync, select Agree and Connect.
9.  Once the connection is established, click Return to Intuit.
10.   Follow the rest of the steps to connect with the app.

Once everything is in order, you can now categorise and reconcile your PayPal account whenever you're ready. Then review your chart of accounts to track all the data you've entered into the system.
