We wanted to know why our bank feed is not getting updated from 19 June 2020?

When it comes to Bank Feeds, there can be a number of reasons that connections might fail to bring through transactions, but your best option would be to reach out to our Support team and they will be able to troubleshoot the connection directly. You can give us a call on 1800 046 038 to assist you over the phone, or if you would like a call-back from a representative or to talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
  3. Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
